DJ Ryan

Ryan is a DJ, guitarist and singer who’s love for music was nurtured at an early age by his father who was a professional singer and multi-instrumentalist.  After completing a Bachelor of Popular Music at The Queensland Conservatorium, Ryan started his music career as a singer/songwriter, performing all over the east coast of Australia and releasing an independent EP.  He then moved to Melbourne where he performed covers at pubs and events, while also studying Film and TV. 

After some life-changing events, Ryan moved to New York where he performed extensively, and eventually moved to Austin, Texas, where he started his own original band and recorded two albums.  Ryan has performed at hundreds of weddings and private events as a DJ, lead singer/band leader and master of ceremonies. He also won the Gold Coast Entertainer of the Year award in 2009 and performed to 20,000 people as part of the pre-game entertainment at Skilled Stadium Queensland in 2010.

Now living in the Gold Coast with his family, Ryan continues to DJ and play music at loads of weddings and events each year all over Australia.
