Audio Guest Book
Greeting Tips!
Your Audio Guest Book will capture heartfelt messages, funny stories, and warm wishes from your guests. The very first thing they hear—your greeting—sets the tone for everything that follows. A clear, friendly, and personal message encourages people to relax and share something truly memorable.
Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, milestone birthday, or corporate event, your greeting is your chance to make guests smile and guide them on what to do.
You can record your greeting on the iPhone “Voice Memos” or a similar smartphone app and then text/email it to us. We’ll then have it installed and ready to go for the big day!
Tips for Creating Your Greeting
1. Keep it personal
Mention your names or the name of the event so guests know they’re in the right place and feel connected from the start.
2. Give clear instructions
Let people know exactly what you’d like them to do. For example: “After the beep, tell us your favourite memory, a funny story, or just send your love.”
3. Match the mood
A wedding might call for something warm and heartfelt, while a birthday or work party might suit something light-hearted and cheeky.
4. Keep it short
Aim for 15–20 seconds so guests don’t lose momentum before the beep.
5. Show your appreciation
Thank them for taking the time—it encourages them to speak more freely.
